NELSON: THE IMMORTAL MEMORY
by David Howarth and Stephen Howarth

Horatio Nelson was the most brilliant and honoured British naval leader, a great seaman and tactician who inspired loyalty and devotion in those who served with him. He was also vain, self-pitying and unfaithful to his wife. This book covers all Nelson's facets and evokes a sense of what it was like to sail with him into legendary battles such as St. Vincent, The Nile, Copenhagen, and of course, Trafalgar - a victory so decisive that it ended war at sea for a century
